  • FLAT 100 SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS. 
  • NORMALLY WE WOULD DISPATCH ORDERS WITHIN 7 DAYS. IN SOME CASES IF IT TAKES LONGER TIME WE WOULD INFORM YOU OR THE INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN IN SHIPPING SECTION OF PRODUCT.
  • ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY AND DISPATCHED IT IS USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 3-7 DAYS. DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON COURIER PARTNERS AND LOCATIONS.

  • YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE SHIPPED THROUGH A RELIABLE COURIER PARTNER. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WEEKS(20-25 WORKING DAYS) FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE. SOME AREAS MAY TAKE LONGER DEPENDING ON CUSTOMS.

  • CANCELLATION:
  • CANCELLATION REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED STRICTLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER.
  • WE TRIES TO DISPATCH THE ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT THERE CAN BE SLIGHT DELAY BECAUSE OF UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES. IN CASE OF DELAY (PRODUCT NOT DISPATCHED WITHIN ESTIMATED TIME PERIOD), CUSTOMER IS FREE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.
3. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
       
  • We offer exchange in sizes. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at customers@baisegaba.com
  • If you are not happy with the product, we can accept the return provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels.
  • We return the amount either in your bank account or your Baisegaba store credit, you will be able to choose mode of refund while initiating the return request. 
  • To return an order please contact on baisegaba@gmail.com. return cost will be born by customer.
  • Please note some pin-codes are not covered by our courier partners for pick up in such case you will need to send the product to us to our registered address by your own, we will intimate you as we receive the product.
  • We will not entertain exchanges any later than 15 days after delivering the product. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
  • Please note exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders. if you have any problem with customised orders please drop us an email at customers@baisegaba.com
  • Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
